Jim Eagleton

Jim loves a challenge, which is why he excels at handling project management, such as permitting, contractor and architect selection and construction supervision. He takes pride in delivering finished projects on time and on budget. Since 1990, he has completed over 1.5 million square feet of commercial space. He is a graduate of Florida State University and holds a degree in Business Management. Jim also is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and South Carolina.

Guy Kathe

As the company’s financial expert, Guy concentrates on investment analysis, financial planning and the feasibility of projects. He analyzes all aspects of a development to ensure it meets your financial goals. He has a degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University and also is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.

Cissy Settler

Cissy is the glue that holds it all together. Tech guru, office manager, bookkeeping, client relations — our company would not run smoothly without Cissy gracefully managing everything behind the scenes. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing.
